1. Disbursement of funds is fast and secure using trusted systems in new and innovative ways
2. Signing up with DirecFunds is fast and easy. You can signup online today through the DirecFunds Portal
3. Transferring funds out of escrow accounts via wire transfer requires enhanced authorization. Work with a DirecFunds specialist on setting up wire transfer authorization.
4. Consumers will need to transfer funds via DirecFunds to your Title Agent/Title Agency 5 days before your scheduled Property Closing.
You will receive a Text from your Title Agency instructing you to go online to DirecFunds and make your Wire Transfer.
5. Identity verification is included in account verification and account verification is included in transaction verification.
